Naturally Fatten Your Child!

Hiya, guys! Pardon me for not blogging about this video when I first posted it about a month ago, but I've just been running around so much, getting things done in life that it slipped my mind. I am sorry for neglecting this blog! I am working on it. lol
Anyway, I made a video talking about Kelapo Ghee butter and how it has natural fats in it to help an underweight child gain weight.

It really works! I've had no issues with it no dairy related issues. I am impressed and will continue to use it.

Girly Protective Styles For Winter 2017

Good evening, curly mamas!

I've been working on doing a lot more style videos than normal just to see if I can reach a bigger audience on YouTube... because let's be real. Having only 1,000 subbies after almost 4 years of hard work on this channel does a lot of damage to my... well, self-gratification.
I know that my videos are good and well put together; however, I don't have the capital to put money into YT... and I'm definitely not getting any in return right now. Sigh... suggestions, anyone?
Anyway, here are the last two videos showing the styles that I've been doing on my girls this winter so far.

I hope you guys enjoy them! Nothing spectacular, just styles that makes me stay out of their hair for up to two weeks. A lot of times, the flyaways and frizz don't allow the style to last for two weeks, or ever one full week for that matter, but I don't really have a choice lately. I have a lot going on in life at the moment, and I need to keep their hair pinned up as much as possible.
I've been loving that Cantu Natural Line... if I'm not using that particular Cantu product, then it's the Cantu Kids hair care line. I love both of them. Very moisturizing, minimal build-up.
I don't do many styles on them with a million and one hair ties and hair bows, because frankly, we don't go out much! There's no point in doing fancy things all the time when it'll be a hassle to take down at night so they won't sleep in hair bubbles/knockers/whatever you'd like to call them. I simply can't deal with all that. Haha!
So lots of braids, cornbraids, and flat twists is what I've been doing lately. And I'm very proud of them. If you like the videos, please like, subscribe, and share! I appreciate it. :)

VLOGTEMBER 2016 Begins!

Hey, curlies! It's September and I've decided to do Vlogtember this year!
I know what you're thinking. "Didn't you just have a baby? How will you have the time? Will you be able to do it?" Well, I am challenging myself this month to really work on managing my time better.
Being a stay home mom with kids home all day can be rough and time can easily slip away from you. Challenges like these actually help me not waste time lollygagging online, looking at social media's mindless drama a little TOO much. YouTube is fun and I really enjoy making videos. So I'm doing Vlogtember, which means a video every single day of the month! That'll definitely keep me occupied in between bottle feedings and checking the kid's schoolwork.
Also, the one time I did a challenge like this (VEDA) last year or the year before, I gained a lot more followers and subbies in that one particular month because the videos were on topic but a little more off topic sometimes. Nothing wrong with branching out. I remember doing a couple of gaming videos and a few videos showcasing my ability to create my own music. Maybe I should do a couple more of those this year...
So I hope you guys enjoy and get ready for some fun! I'll be doing some tags also, whenever I can get some quiet moments around here. Haha!

HUGE Trim For Me?

I've been neglecting my own #naturalhair to take care of my family's hair, based on my video about maintaining SIX heads of hair. I had to trim off 5-6 inches of damage recently because of it. I wasn't really scared, but it was kind of sad. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B-zQZxgQFEE

But it's okay! It's okay to start over and lose a little length. This year, I will figure out new techniques for myself to be able to keep everyone's hair PLUS mine in order. You can only neglect your own hair for so long! <3
